Through multiple discussions and in-depth analysis, we discovered that Elephone's website lacked sufficient exposure in Google search results, making it difficult for potential customers to find their stores. Although Elephone offers a wide range of services, many users were unable to clearly access specific details such as pricing through Google search. Despite having multiple physical stores, Elephone lacked effective local SEO optimization, particularly with low rankings on Google Maps, which hindered their ability to attract nearby customers.

Since WeBoost Technology took over, Elephone has seen a significant increase in Google Maps visits and searches within three months. For instance, at the Box Hill store, from early July to late September 2022, map searches surged dramatically. Direct searches for the business name increased by 111.50%, searches for related keywords like 'phone repair' rose by 138.67%, website visits grew by 49.33%, map navigation usage jumped by 165.38%, and phone inquiries increased by 106.56%. This resulted in a substantial boost in Box Hill store revenue. Across all seven Elephone locations, Google Maps rankings improved significantly, successfully attracting a large number of local customers for inquiries and repairs.
