Founded in 2018, Alleyway Kitchen is a Melbourne-based restaurant chain with multiple branches in Sydney and Brisbane. Alleyway Kitchen built a central kitchen. They use supply chain management to further improve the training process and collaboration system to provide unique, authentic and high-quality food for the majority of diners, making the dishes perfect.
Through in-depth discussions with the client, we identified that Alleyway Kitchen's outlets are mostly located in high-foot-traffic malls or streets. However, these locations often host many similar stores, leading to intense competition for a limited number of offline customers. Despite employing various traditional offline promotional methods, sales and profits remained suboptimal. The lack of alternative brand promotion strategies resulted in low brand awareness among potential customers. This limited exposure caused a significant loss of target customers. Although Alleyway Kitchen offers high-quality products and services, the insufficient brand visibility led to inconsistent foot traffic, ultimately impacting revenue growth.
