We developed a set of integrated fresh food supermarket management system for AIKEDUO, not only designed and developed an online shopping APP for them, but also AIKEDUO a community-based one-stop new retail experience, expanded consumer groups and made them more connected The storage management terminal and the driver terminal have been established, and an intelligent and complete supply chain system and logistics system have been created.

Inventory Counting Process

Starting inventory counting is equally simple. Employees can access a task list showing the assigned areas to be counted, with each area displaying a detailed list of items and real-time progress updates.

When scanning an item, the app accurately verifies if it belongs to the task and whether it is already being processed. For items with a stock quantity greater than zero, the system navigates to the product detail page for counting. After completing one item, employees can easily return to the task list to proceed with the next until all tasks are finished. This precise counting process ensures the accuracy of inventory data.

Accurate Counting Process

When entering the return-to-warehouse quantity, if it matches the order, it can be quickly submitted and marked as complete, returning to the task list. If the quantity differs, the product card is retained, and an exception is flagged to prompt timely resolution until the order is fully completed. This feature effectively optimizes inventory management, reducing waste and losses.

Driver App

After logging in, drivers must input vehicle details, such as license plate number and mileage, before accepting new tasks. If the mileage differs from the last recorded task for the same vehicle, the system flags it as an abnormal task to ensure accuracy and continuity.

Package Verification

Package verification is categorized into dry goods and frozen goods, strictly following the delivery sequence set by warehouse management. Drivers start verification from the bottom of the list, where order numbers and package quantities help locate packages quickly.

Smart Route Planning

The app organizes tasks in sequence, each with navigation guidance and customer notes, such as 'deliver in person' or 'leave at the door,' along with custom remarks. A contact button makes communication with customers simple. The notification center displays updates on deliveries and other reminders, keeping drivers informed about task progress. The 'My Center' section shows task details for easy management and review.

Task Management

For tasks such as pickups and additional deliveries, the task list clearly labels these assignments. Drivers are required to submit proof and records for completed tasks, and explanations for uncompleted tasks, ensuring orderly task management.

For user services, the User App supports diverse payment methods, flexible coupon management strategies, and enhanced user engagement through promotions, while clear order management improves the overall user experience.
