We developed a set of integrated fresh food supermarket management system for AIKEDUO, not only designed and developed an online shopping APP for them, but also realized a community-based one-stop new retail experience, expanded consumer groups and made them more connected The storage management terminal and the driver terminal have been established, and an intelligent and complete supply chain system and logistics system have been created.

Sorting Management

Revolutionizing traditional sorting processes, the system automatically merges multiple orders. After selecting the sorter and delivery time, a sorting list is generated. The sorter can pick items based on product names, shelf locations, and order numbers, avoiding unnecessary detours. The verification step intelligently checks item quantities and expiration dates, with the inventory automatically updated after the operation.

Smart Delivery

From assigning delivery tasks and intelligently planning routes to real-time monitoring during the delivery process, the system ensures timely updates on delivery status while addressing issues such as package loss, delayed deliveries, or mileage discrepancies. This helps managers oversee the entire delivery workflow, ensuring products are delivered on time to enhance customer experience and improve efficiency. The overview provides a clear view of driver progress, while the dispatch center automatically matches the nearest driver to the customer, calculates distances, and plans the optimal route. It allows monitoring of driver tasks at all stages, handling package losses and anomalies, ensuring safe, efficient deliveries with minimal delays.

Inventory Management

The inventory management section meticulously tracks inventory changes, product details, pricing, storage, and batch information, with the option to set expiration alerts. Incoming stock audits simplify supplier settlements, while operation logs and editable records ensure organized management, boosting operational efficiency. This feature enables supermarkets to record inventory changes in detail from the point of stock entry, covering new items, stock adjustments, sales, and returns. Every step's quantity changes are clearly traceable, with real-time inventory updates. For stocktaking, a dedicated task interface displays progress, status, and last stocktake date for each storage area. Individual shelves show expired products, and managers can assign specific shelves to employees and monitor completion statuses in the task list, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory checks.
