Energy Cloud Australia was established in Melbourne in 2015, inheriting the high-tech photovoltaic technology and power station construction experience of the original Solar Systems Pty Ltd, and applying it to residential and commercial solar photovoltaic projects. The company's purpose is to use ECA's professional renewable energy solutions, equipped with innovative technologies and Internet-guided business models, and aim at natural and green lifestyles and social operations.
To facilitate ECA administrators in managing daily operations, we designed an intelligent business management backend. The system features a business dashboard that integrates rich data resources, providing a clear overview of orders, customers, and sales, enabling comprehensive management and decision-making. Through the dashboard's map interface, ECA administrators can monitor the real-time operational status of all customer equipment under the company, including alerts for issues such as disconnections or offline operations. Data transmitted from pre-installed signal sensors on customer equipment allows ECA staff to promptly address any situation and deliver professional services, ensuring peace of mind for customers.
The ECA Business Management System is a fully customized application developed by WeBoost Technology based on client requirements. It comprises three main components: a Solar User App, an Installer App, and a Business Management Backend. Through seamless integration and data transfer between these components, the system significantly enhances ECA daily operational efficiency and improves customer satisfaction.
