Order Consolidation Management

When designing the app, we carefully considered real-world user needs and thoughtfully introduced the Order Consolidation feature. This allows senders to ship multiple packages to different destinations in a single transaction. The system automatically consolidates packages headed to the same destination for streamlined processing. With this feature, users can create orders by entering detailed sender, recipient, and package information. Orders can be canceled while in the pending payment status, and order times are clearly displayed. This simplifies the shipping process, reduces costs, and improves package management and transportation efficiency — significantly enhancing the user experience.

Real-Time Logistics Updates

With the app, users can track their orders and packages in real time. From review status, payment updates, to shipping progress, all details are readily available. Users can clearly view package check-in times, chosen courier types, weight, shipping fees, and more. Each stage — from dispatch, transit, arrival at port, warehousing, to pickup — is transparent and easily trackable. This eliminates the anxiety of waiting for packages, offering peace of mind while awaiting delivery.
