The Problem

PiSell already operates across 12 countries and 8 industries, serving more than 5,000 customers — yet its presence on social platforms was nowhere near the scale of the business. The product itself is an integrated system spanning POS, online store, self-service ordering, QR code ordering, membership management and bookings: feature-rich, structurally complex and difficult to sum up in a single sentence. Social platforms, meanwhile, are dominated by consumer-facing topics, and B2B business management software has little natural traction in that environment.

More importantly, PiSell’s target audience is business owners, store operators and management decision makers across the hospitality, retail and entertainment industries — a concentrated, highly specialised group with very little overlap with general traffic. The client had previously relied on its sales team and channel partners to acquire customers, which was both costly and slow. They wanted social media operations to build a professional presence that matched the strength of the product, using content to reach prospects who genuinely had purchasing needs and decision-making authority, and turning platform exposure into sales leads worth following up rather than headline numbers that simply look good in a report.

Our Solution

Translating Complex Features into Real Scenarios

Rather than presenting the product as a feature list, we broke modules such as POS, self-service ordering, QR code ordering, membership management, bookings and the online store down into concrete operating scenarios: how to shorten queues during peak hours, how to unify online and offline orders and inventory, and how to turn membership data into repeat business. Clear photo posts and short videos translated abstract software capability into the everyday problems operators recognise instantly, together with the solution — dramatically lowering the barrier to understanding.

Industry-Specific Solution Narratives

Restaurants, retail stores and entertainment venues face very different operational pain points, and a single message convinces none of them. We split the content into separate industry streams, building topics around what each sector cares about most, and used real merchant cases to show how operations changed before and after the system went live. Prospects could assess the fit by looking directly at how their peers were using it, which shortened the decision path.

Reaching Decision Makers, Not Crowds

For a B2B project, the goal is not general traffic but reaching people with genuine purchasing needs and the authority to act on them. We deliberately filtered at the level of topic depth, title keywords and technical substance, using language specialised enough to screen out traffic that would never convert and concentrating the value of the content on owners and managers. In the engagement layer we actively picked up enquiries, moving comments and direct messages into real product conversations.

Platform-Specific Distribution and Performance Reviews

We adapted content format, visual assets, title keywords and posting cadence to the user base of Xiaohongshu and each of the other social platforms, covering the full chain from topic planning, copywriting, visual production and video editing through to publishing and audience engagement, with promotion timed alongside product updates and marketing campaigns. Each cycle closed with a performance review that fed back into topic direction and posting rhythm, so that specialised content still achieved steady growth in reach.

The Result

Even with a highly specialised business software subject, the project achieved significant content growth in a short period: comparing October 2025 with September 2025, monthly views increased by 288%, monthly comments by 242%, monthly likes by 652% and monthly shares by 228%. The sharp growth in likes and comments showed that the content was not simply being seen — it was earning genuine recognition and discussion from a professional audience.

More important still was the commercial outcome: during the campaign period, PiSell’s monthly enquiry volume across global markets grew by close to 70%, with content successfully reaching target customers in multiple markets worldwide. The project raised brand awareness across the hospitality, retail and entertainment industries and converted social media exposure into real sales leads, delivering clear commercial value in helping the client expand into global markets, build a pipeline of prospective merchants and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
