Case Study – Kuma
Kuma is a cross-border online shopping mall established in 2020, dedicated to bringing famous Japanese and Korean brands to Australia. Kuma found us when they were in the early stage of their business, suffering from the fact that they only had their initial idea and failed to find a right team to help them put their idea into reality and take the first step to start their business.
Through careful analysis of Kuma’s needs and business, we developed an integrated e-commerce system for Kuma, not only designing and developing an online shopping APP and WeChat mini-program for them to facilitate customers to place orders anytime and anywhere, but also building a backend that integrates various business systems, such as financial system, multi-currency payment system, logistics system, customer management system, etc. This realizes more efficient product management and order management, optimizing the customers’ shopping experience while reducing personnel investment and effectively lowering costs.
